Job Description: Senior Product Manager (MOBILE)  Senior Product Manager (Mobile)  Want to connect millions of people in India to make great deals via our classifieds platform- The Senior Product Manager will take ownership over our mobile products, and lead a locally focused team of designers & developers to win the hearts and minds of the local consumers.  OLX is investing heavily in building the most innovative and sticky marketplace for C2C goods, and Mobile is at the heart of the platform.  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about Mobile, who thinks/acts globally, and who has the ability to drive innovation in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.   As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the next wave of mobile product experience, build a product strategy for launching new mobile products and giving users new ways to buy and sell in a most convenient way.  The ideal candidate has outstanding business acumen, intense curiosity, excellent analytical ability, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. He/she will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making.  Job Responsibilities:  - Ideate rigorously, and then translate ideas into a clear product strategy and roadmap. Evangelize views with stakeholders.  - Take ownership and lead members of cross-functional teams to deliver best in class mobile product experiences.  - Obsess over UX details and user centric design (mental models, storyboards, personas, contextual research, prototyping).  - Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) in close cooperation with our business intelligence analysts, triangulate actionable insights and prioritize decisions based on data.  - Determine critical insight generation needs based on business goals and external (competitors / complements / substitutes) knowledge.  Basic Qualifications:  - 5-7 years of solid of Product Manager experience managing entire mobile application lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.  - Demonstrated experience with successful online consumer product launches within fast-paced, agile environments.  - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or other business/analytical related field with a solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative methods. MBA is a plus.  - Must be prepared to travel.  Abilities and Skills:  - Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present information and address all levels of the organization.  - Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis, problem analysis, structured analysis & design.  - Broad knowledge of e-Commerce technology platforms, as well as enterprise software.  - Solid working knowledge of mobile application ecosystem and platforms: Android, IOS.
