In an open culture that encourages own initiatives, growth and entrepreneurial spirits.  We believe in creating a richer world by empowering people  Every day millions of people across the globe use OLX to buy and sell goods  We serve over 300 million active users every month  We generate traffic of over 28 billion monthly page views in more than 45 countries  What responsibilities will you get when working with us-   Strategic HR interventions:  - Implementation of people strategy & organization design to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities.  - Design and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain required talent pool.  - Strongly partner with business to surface ground-level risks/ challenges being faced, and help devise solutions for the same.  - Review and analyze department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.  - Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same  - Implement and track communication plans for defined area of responsibility.  - Coordinate the performance review & appraisal process.  Recruitment and On-Boarding:  Responsible for recruitment for your respective area of management as per budget.  Coordinating with respective HOD's and identify positions to be filled up.  Analyzing job requirements and prepare Job descriptions and specifications.  Conduct pre-screening round with candidates and close positions after required rounds of interviews.  Build reports to be presented to the rest of the team and top management.  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.  Negotiate and roll out offer letters to selected candidates.  Manage on-boarding and induction for the new hires.  Growth Planning and Control Mechanism:  Contributing in the annual headcount planning and budget exercise.  Coordinating with the concerned HOD's to arrive at the final headcount numbers required as per the Annual operating plan.  Implementation of and keeping a track of the approved headcount plan as per the budget and planning.  Exit Management:  Conduct exit interviews for all employees  Maintain and analyze exit interview data  Loop back the feedback/ insights gained from analysis and interviews to identify areas of opportunity  Track and follow through on agreed improvement areas  Rewards and Recognition:  Coordinate with concerned HOD's for various programs.  Conceptualize & execute monthly and quarterly programs based on the various criteria.  Coordinate and align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR initiatives.  Employee Engagement:  Regularly visiting various offices in the regions and interact with the employees.  Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.  Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and work to address them.   What will you need to be successful in this role-   Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective  Ability to understand business strategy and HR implications. Strong business judgment  Creative insight and delivery of practical HR solutions to meet business challenges  Results-orientation with a superior ability to execute as well as creatively solve problems  Combined analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management  Ability to analyze human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities  Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and project management experience and abilities.  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment  Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills  Candidate should be a post graduate in HR/IR from a Tier One management institute with at least 4 - 6 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
