Key Responsibilities:

Administration

- Handle complete Internal Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups, and HR interviews.

- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; checking their communication, technical skills, location, relevant experience, salary and notice period.

- Co-ordination and Execution of employee on Boarding including induction of employee

- Ability to work in a multitasking environment handling multiple assignments at a time, managed the resource allocation and maintaining database, generating references from database.

- Training & Development

- Performance Appraisal Program

- Recruitment & staffing

- Time Management

- Employee Retention and Welfare

- Employee Engagement & Initiatives

- Database Management
