Mandatory Qualifications:
2-3 years of exp,
Post graduate - only from premium school
Any specific exp- the candidate should have experience or clarity of undertaking marketing in a Product environment so that focus lies on efficient usage of marketing budget
- Highly Analytical driven decision making approach so that we are able to improve ridership amongst already acquire customers across various cities rather than just focusing on new customer acquisitions
- Strong team management and coordination skills - vendors, agencies, team
- Strong negotiation skills to help crack good deals with vendors and partners!
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel and flexible with working hours
- People Skills
- Confident and smart in working things around, whatever it takes
- Sales and cost optimisation bent of mind
- Sound understanding of online and offline marketing metrics
