Main Responsibilities :   - Plan and execute large, strategic campaigns to increase the retention of drivers on the platform and position Ola as the preferred choice for driver partners.   - Take ownership of insights, campaign conceptualization, and communication and roll out for all driver partner facing initiatives.   - Liaise with the national and city marketing team for running marketing programs for the acquisition and retention of driver partners.   - Figure out new consumer segments to recruit driver partners.   - Plan and execute on GTM strategy for all initiatives on the driver partner side, including, but not limited to distribution of the operator app, communication of incentive schemes, loan melas, partner attachment drives etc.   - Take ownership of driver experience across touch points.   - Drive process efficiency by creating and cascading a supplier marketing playbook and brand guidelines.   - Define the brand proposition on the driver partner side, and use that into a driver facing communication campaign to build Ola as the preferred brand for driver partners.   - Drive engagement initiatives for retention of drivers & operators   - Understand competition and market dynamics to create localized strategies   Desired Background :  - Prior experience in running consumer marketing campaigns as well as sales promotions on the trade marketing side.   - Good understanding of sales tactics, consumer touch-point branding and sales enablement strategies.
