Job Description for SPM -Customer Acquisition  About the Role :  - OlaCabs offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you- ll be at the center of innovation fuelled by a passion to Make in India.  - Interested in a high impact role, where you solve real world problems your consumers are facing- Product management at Ola is all about leveraging technology to provide the best experiences for our customers and driving partners in the transportation industry.   - The Ola Customer Acquisition & Engagement Product team owns running performance marketing programs and building intelligent products that get customers to Ola and keep them coming back.   Here is a sampling of questions that product managers ask themselves :   What's the perfect ride experience for the customer and driver- How do we ensure every ride is closer to a perfect ride experienc :  - Is my cab fleet distributed in the most optimal fashion through the city at any given time-   - Do I have enough cabs available at any given point to fulfill the expected demand-   - How much should we price every cab ride at- Should there be a dynamic price and what should that price be-   - Which driver should I choose for a given customer booking-   - How can I detect a fraud booking and go ahead and prevent it from happening-   - Key traits for a product manager at Ola are strong customer orientation, in-depth problem solving, data driven decision-making and long-term thinking.  Your Part :   - Internalize and deeply understand Ola's mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team  - Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition  - Work closely with business, operations, process, design, engineering, project management, marketing and other key stakeholders to prioritize, develop and deliver products, in an agile environment.  - Candidate Background for Product Managers and Senior Product Managers  - 3+ years of prior product management experience in an internet based company  - A bachelor's degree or masters degree in a numerically inclined discipline such Computer Science, Economics, Physics or Mathematics.   - MBA degree from premier institute / prior startup experience will be preferred  - Prior software development experience will be preferred
