Senior Auditor-Cost and Safety Management  (Provided to HR)  Job Description : Function :   - Preparation of Annual and Periodical Safety Audit Plan after thorough study of the business processes. Review and update when necessary.  - Conduct opening/closing meets with Audit observations follow up and closures. Establish end to end tracking mechanisms with Audit CAPA dashboards. Continuous monitoring on a daily basis with liaison with all business verticals for effectiveness.   - Prepare cost benefit analysis against Proactive/Reactive risk assessments to quantify and support safety prioritised decisions.   - Prepare Quarterly, Half yearly, Annual Safety Audit reports in sync with the teams for management review and dissemination to the operations teams.   - Liase with Business finance where required to have an overall integration.   - Drive Audit agenda PAN India through Business heads and local SPOC Auditors/Safety SPOC's.   - Continual improvements in the Safety Management system through PDCA cycle where all wastages can be quantified through process study and improvements in the identified safety prioritised areas, Hidden costs brought out and converted to Revenue, ROIs.   - Preparation of Management programme periodically with the above inputs.   - Assist Leader-Safety in Planning, Process formulation, Implementation and driving the safety agenda with internal and external stakeholders.   - Involvement in preparation of contracts, SLA with vendors where key safety requirements based on risk analysis is integrated to be effective.  Competency requirement for the role :  - CA qualified finance professional with at least 8-10 years experience  - Project management and Project costing.  - Experienced in Risk based audits and Risk analysis.  - Excellent analytical skills  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Excellent quantitative skills.
