Job Description:-

Olacabs is revolutionizing ground transportation in India and one of the many reasons behind this is our focus towards product management. As a product manager at Olacabs you'll visualize, design and manage world class back end products. You would need to work closely with operations, understand ground level problems and propose scale-able solutions. As a part of product management you need to interact with marketing, finance, operations and technology and bridge the gaps between them.

Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze user needs and pain points.

- Own the product in terms of UX and functionality.

- Work closely with operations and understand their daily challenges.

- Manage the lifecycle of existing products.

- Work with engineers to build and launch new features.

Minimum Qualifications:

- B.tech in Computer Science from Top Engineering College

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong technical abilities.

- Ability to write and analyze maintainable code.

- Know how of asana or basecamp.

- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
