Walk In Manager:  Job Location - Delhi  Profile should be from FMCG Sales background,   - MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges only  - The position is of a Manager reporting to a Sr Manager  - The candidate should be high on process orientation   - High focus on trouble shooting  - Quality bent of mind is preferred  Job Purpose :  Result Areas:  Principal Accountabilities:  Supporting Actions KPIs   Partner Experience   - Ensure smooth implementation of walk-in processes across locations Compliance with SOPs, checklists and workflows for all walk-in issues across locations Process TATs  - Ensure regular communication and training on SOPs and checklists and build a cross skilled team   - Manage location escalations and take decisive actions   - Ensure superior experience to partners at each touch point Ensure smooth walk-in process and adherence to Issue resolution TATs. Negate drop offs or repeat visits through execution excellence Issue Resolution TAT  - Monitor and improvise partner feedback on issue resolution process Partner Satisfaction Score  - Undertake periodic audits to assess adherence to process and delivery of superior partner experience   - No of Repeat or Drop Off Partners  - Collaborate closely with Training team to ensure proper communication/training on issue prone subjects   - Dashboards and process metrics Regularly deep dive into data and metrics to escalate pervasive problems and implement action plans   - Define and build dashboards, systemic controls, performance metrics   - People and Culture
