Job Responsibilities: - Will lead the central process excellence team for the entire Ola Group. - Lead multiple process definition projects to help set up new processes from scratch ( new business or category launches, for instance) - Lead projects to review and transform existing processes. - Put in place mechanisms to measure quality of processes, as well to audit various processes. Experience & Skills: Years of experience should be 2-6 years. Tier 1 colleges is key. Should have strong process excellence or consulting background.
