Position: Launch Manager

About the role:

The Launch Coordinator would be a part of our New Initiative Team who would play a crucial role in OLA for the new city setup plan. This role would be responsible in Analyzing potential market and work work with supply and marketing teams,he will be primarily responsible in leading and executing and development of city delivery & new business needs and hand over to local teams to grow further.

KRAs

- The job requires a gamut of roles and responsibilities. He would be primarily responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities by identifying Location requirements, defining market, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, execute projected business & establishing targeted market.

- Collect and analyze data on location demographics, preferences and needs to identify potential markets.

- Analyzing financial & operational objectives by forecasting requirements,coordinate with supply and execute and plan the pre launch activities

- Sustains rapport with supply & Marketing manager by making periodic visits,exploring specific needs & anticipating new opportunities.

- Hire,the team and set up the launch Ensure their objectives of growth and performance are met. Work collaboratively with the internal team

- Plan the potential of new market,come up with launch plan and set up the city and also hand over on further business progress.

Skills required (Technical, soft skills, specific tools, personality traits)

- Proven leadership, supervisory and project management skills

- A tactical and strategic track record for delivering research-driven results

- Ability to motivate and lead a team and manage multiple requirements

- Innovative & People management with an understanding Competitive Analysis.

Candidate background required (Education & Experience)

- MBA from a reputed institute with 4+years of experience,work in very agile way and able to come up with innovative ideas and execute in different market needs

- Ready to travel across the locations
