Position Title: Analyst

Reports To: Senior Analyst

Location: Bangalore Office

About Role:

This is challenging role that requires multitasking and hands on experience of designing and managing MIS and constantly evolving it. MIS professionals are responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of the company’s information system. Proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical and research skills are compulsory. Basic knowledge of finance is compulsory. Knowledge of SQL & VBA will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Responsible for creating, maintaining and constantly evolving company’s performance dashboards

- Preform in-depth analysis of company’s performance on various dimensions such as products, channels, regions, cost centre etc.

- Create excel based management tools for managing company’s day to day operations efficiently

- Collate information on the business environment (sector, growth, competition, etc.) and draw interpretations that help in taking strategic decisions.

- Draw meaningful inferences from the analysis

- Responsible for maintaining integrity of data and timely delivery of all reports and analysis

Desired candidate profile:

- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, financial research or related profiles.

- An excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Knowledge of basic concepts of finance and hands-on experience of any accounting software is a big advantage.

- Knowledge of SQL & VBA will be an added advantage.

- Good and consistent academic performance and credentials.

- Strong communication skills + Analytical bent of mind + Hardworking nature + Flexibility at work.

- A demonstrated ability to implement management directives with little direct supervision.
