IT Product Manager (ERP Implementation)  Location: Bangalore   Job description   About Role:   We- re seeking talented product leaders to define and execute against a giant vision that builds upon what Ola has brought to the community so far. You will work on a range of complex and fun problems within IT at Ola and will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class IT products. These IT Products will range from ERP (On-Premise and Cloud) applications to Off-the-Shelf products in varied domains such as Financials, Procurement, HCM, Service Management, etc.   Desired Skills and Experience   Key Skills :   - Ownership of delivery of product initiatives and releases   - Own the strategy and roadmap for all Products owned by IT   - Drive product implementation/customization with implementation partners/ System Integrators   - Deep understanding of users, technology, to then synthesize into IT product strategy   - Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases   - Communicate Project status and document progress toward milestones   Key Leadership Responsibilities:   - Manage all aspects of a successful ERP or Off-the-shelf product throughout its lifecycle.   - Defines the product acceptance criteria, ensures that they are met; plan for and ensures that product (and features) are appropriately used by users. Promptly resolves issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholder   - Keeping high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on. A never-ending desire to grow and learn.   - Manage a team of on-roll employees and off-roll employees in implementation partner's teams.   - Hires the right people, build a high performing teams and act as a trusted adviser, coach or a guide   Preferred Experience and Education :-   - Min 7+ years of Industry experience and a track record of BE/ B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent acknowledgement of your academic accomplishments and MBA from a Tier1 Business school.
