Roles & Responsibilities :  - Create a clear value proposition for the category, across customer and supply, and develop the brand identity & align all the brands plans accordingly   - Coordinates with advertising & research agencies, internal creative agency and research team to develop quarterly brand calendar and brand initiatives across touch-points  - Works with brand, media and city teams to execute campaigns across touch-points, ATL & BTL  - Develops annual plans and budgets for the brand, prioritize spends to maximize ROI, and keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis-a-vis budgets  - Monitors and tracks of performance of brand based on internal targets & objectives along with external market research data.   - Ensures that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand are strictly met.
