Job description :   Role And Responsibilities :   - Identify market growth opportunities for cabs business, launch new service categories to tap potential and grow them   - Partner with product team to define and deliver customer, driver experience and communication plan for the new service.   - Program manage launch of new service categories with stakeholders across functions in the organization   - Create robust supply and demand plan for the new service categories and operationalize the same by working with cross-functional teams   - Completely own the P&L of the categories and create short-term and long-term plans with clear business goals and how-list.   - Own customer and driver experience in the categories and drive NPS goals.   Prior Experience, Skills and Basic qualifications :   - A total of 4-6 years of experience in category management roles in e-commerce, FMCG and service industries. Experience in Marketing and program management roles is a plus.   - Demonstrated ability in managing P&L, managing cross-functional teams and achieving stretch goals in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.   Personal Attributes And Competencies :   - High self-initiative and ownership; Should be a go-getter   - Customer centric  - Obsession for growth, numbers driven   - Willingness and ability to problem solve   - Comfortable with uncertainty and lack of structure   - Results-oriented with ability to work with resource constraint   - Willingness to try new things and ability to quickly change game plan when required with ease   - A good balance of data-driven and instinct-driven decision making   - Ability to think on one's feet and solve on the spot when required   - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive shared goals to the last man on the ground
