Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

- Be the voice of the customer internally, understand needs, gather insights into consumer behaviour

- Driving thought leadership on the brand, develop innovation, and best-in-class marketing programs for the brand

- Strategise and drive customer engagement initiatives across media (Online, offline, social)

- Conceptualising content and campaigns across media platforms

- Planning and managing all strategic tie-ups and marketing alliances, sponsorships and promotions

- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability

- Create promotions to drive revenue, margins, etc. Own both creation and execution of promotions calendar including special occasions

- Reaching out, meeting, networking with influencers, bloggers to get the brand buzz going

- Ability to work on high level strategy and hands-on execution

- Should be a creative thinker and dream up brand-new, unheard-of ideas. In short, should have the aptitude and attitude required to build a world-class brand.

- Should be a self-starter

- Tier 1 B-schools only
