We are looking for an Associate Program Manager for program managing External & Internal Business Process dependencies and Business Analytics. Role &amp; Required skills: - Demonstrated experience in program/project management. - The candidate has to work with external partners and internal stakeholders in building business processes, influencing the progress of dependencies for timely execution of various work-streams of the program. - Strong problem-solving approach &amp; an eye for detail for continuous identification of gaps in processes, and suggest improvements. - Hands-on analytical experience in working on SQL and R for building business dashboards, identifying patterns in data for improving process efficiencies. - Strong presentation skills to breakdown complex data and patterns into meaningful insights and actions that can be presented to the Senior Leadership.
