Position Title: – Assistant Manager: - Customer Engagement

Reports To: Sr Manager- PR & Communications

Location: - Bangalore

About Role:

The AM- Customer Engagement will be someone who will have fun, engaging with our customers online. Will own actioning and communication of feedback coming in from online forums and ruthlessly represent the voice of customer in the organization.

Create a sense of awesomeness when it comes to communication- ideating and creating masterpieces on blogs and social media with rapid iterations. Also commands a good sense of design and visual to complement.

Job Description:

- Create awesome content that is relevant, rich and engaging - text, graphics, info graphics

- Curate all kind of information around the industry to share through the best media

- Manage escalations on SM and monitor closure of loops, represent VoC internally

- Ideate and execute community engagement initiatives online – keep the online junta connected and happy!

Desired Skills:

- Graduate, MBA (non-premier).

- Strong command on English.

- Extremely net-savvy esp. Social.

- Experience in marketing/engagement assignments preferred.

- Bubbled up with ideas and excited to execute them.

- Has an upto the minute approach and can quickly learn on the move.

- Open to ideas and gels well.

- Extremely hard-working, glued online smartly.

Experience: 2-5 yrs. of experience, marketing/engagement assignments preferred
