Ola Cabs - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Asset Management - OLA Electric

- Setup and manage the Asset management framework (through processes and repossession) to enhance uptime

- Build norms for inventory & methodologies for inventory management across different stations (Look at innovative methodologies like JIT, Lean inventory management & others to drive targets)

- Setup and manage the RMT network of charging Infrastructure (Battery, charger, electrical equipment, station civil etc) to meet the operational SLA's ensuring minimum down time of assets

- Ensure SOPs for managing asset life during usage and downtime
