Ola Cabs - Assistant Manager - Leasing (2-3 yrs)
AM - Leasing - OLA
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Driver lifecycle management through team management
- Follow all compliances, SOP's and responsible for maintaining value of the asset given to the drivers; recover the assets wherever necessary
- Resolve day to day partner escalations and consumer escalations within TAT
- Ensure collections and operational conditions for the drivers are met as and when required
- Ensure optimal utilization % by setting up best practices in inventory management, relationship management
- Motivating & Monitoring driver partners to achieve revenue target and ensure minimal attrition
Key Skills & Experience:
- People Management Skills
- Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.
- Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to sell/convince is crucial
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders

- Number of vehicles in the program
- Growth %, Attrition %
- Collection of payments on timely basis
- Login hours, SRT TAT
- Profit generated from leasing operations
