Ola Cabs - Assistant Manager - Distributor Management (1-3 yrs)

- Identify and evaluate target operator segments, high-priority locations to find operators by generating regular insights
- Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
- Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'.
- Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from the existing customer.
- Make daily sales calls and achieve monthly targets.
- Create and implement strategies to seek out potential operators to promote our solutions.
- Develop and Maintain Positive Operator Relationship and ensuring a proper end to end operator servicing.
- Create and be accountable for all operator proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
- Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
KPIs
- Daily 3 field Calls
- 10 Operator Closures per month from M+1 onwards
- Closure of atleast 1 large operator with 25+ bikes in a month
- Total 100 new bike additions in a month (both from existing and new operators)
Experience & Skills :
- Experience of 1 to 3 yrs in B2B sales in Medical/FMCG/Telecom industries
- Having a hunter mentality and ready to handle daily/weekly pressure.
