Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant is a bridge between Client/Account stakeholders and internal analytics/strategy teams. He/She plays a vital role by managing global analytics teams and internal staff to analyze digital and offline marketing communications, leverage marketing information to help develop and support specific targeting and content strategies.

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating closely with client & internal teams (analytics, account management, interactive strategy) to improve campaign performance and user experience

- Ideating with multiple stakeholders to identify gaps in strategy/analysis and collaboratively implement enhancements

- Integrate with multiple offshore teams to ensure greater understanding of client goals

- Manage client expectations and align internal team to deliver required analysis

- Define analytical frameworks and processes and simplify the same to enable seamless execution

- Interpretation of results in business context and presenting to key stakeholders

- Understand the B2B technology space and help team members understand content strategy

- Manage day to day deliverable and ensure that timelines are adhered to

- Work with multiple stakeholders to innovate and improve analysis methodology

Required Skills

Must Have

- Experience in B2B campaign or content analytics

- Good understanding of web analysis or multi-channel media optimization (Google Analytics/Omniture/Netinsight/Coremetrics)

- Experience integrating data from multiple sources and analyzing the same (SAS/SQL)

- Worked in an onsite offshore model and managed a team of 5-6 analysts

- Experience managing and ideating with client partners and multiple stakeholders across geographies

- Superior written, verbal and presentation skills

- Interest to learn new technology/techniques and is willing to work across domains

- 6 or more years of experience in analytics/strategy roles

Good to Have

- Hands on experience in text analytics using Radian6/Clarabridge/MeshLabs/SPSS text miner/R tm package

- Prior experience in CRM and segmenting customers or building predictive models

- Understanding of customer journey and buying behavior of B2B customers
