Offshore Legal Professional - Derivatives Contract/Prime Brokerage Contract - BFSI

Responsibilities :

Role is to provide in depth support and advice from an off shoring perspective on corporate, equities and transactional law, ISDA, corporate secretarial and manage and expand a team of lawyers and paralegals.

The teams within Offshore Legal manage and mitigate transaction and counterparty specific legal and documentation risk through the use of commercial contracts (IT and non-IT), industry-standard master agreements and transaction-level documentation for over-the-counter (OTC) transactions as well as providing advice on the areas to which these documents pertain.

Skills :

At least 15 years international experience from having worked in a law firm and a bank / financial institution

Should have experience in offshore legal space
