Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for preparation of forecasts and budgets, analysis of actual cost performance to budget and forecast, preparation of appropriate accruals at month end

- Oversee expenses, job balances and billings to client.

- Responsible for monthly financial reporting to client Partners and management apart from monthly/ quarterly company-wide forecasting cycles.

- Compliance Knowledge of the various Acts applicable such as Companies Act, PF, ESIC, VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax.

- Responsible to prepare financial feasibility report

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Analyze and evaluate financial data; P&L scrutiny, interpret data for the purpose of determining financial performance and/or to project financial probability;

- Overview of the accounting for all the companies and individuals and Finalization of accounts.

- Responsible to coordinate with Auditors and Chartered Accountants

Other Skills/Abilities :

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

- Exceptional Leadership and Team Development Skills

- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
