Profile/Role Description:

Offering Development (OD) provides strategic offering and asset development and program support of Business Services, Offerings and Assets and other Capabilities/Specialties based on business priority. OD facilitates the interoperability and integration of our asset base across multiple dimensions including Function, Technology and Industry, ultimately maximizing leverage of reusable and proprietary assets. OD experts are key to spotlighting and accelerating critical asset dissemination as well as to identifying practice enablement needs.

The Offering Development Manager acts as a global content expert in the development and enablement of key offerings and assets and is responsible and accountable for the availability and quality of knowledge assets in company's repositories. The scope of this job typically includes: leading and/or participating in projects to plan, develop, manage, disseminate and maintain key offerings and assets; understanding knowledge gaps and identifying best content that can be used to ensure the availability and take-up of knowledge assets required to effectively sell and deliver offerings and assets; and, serving as a content expert to help develop training and enable professionals to build needed skills and knowledge.

In addition, the OD Manager guides the development of tools, such as diagnostics, methods, toolkits, data repositories, job aids, and topic pages, to ensure that practice professionals can access the best examples of strategically important knowledge and offerings/assets quickly and easily. The OD Manager also develops requirements and identifies tasks for one or more content integrators, related to content acquisition and maintenance activities. The OD Manager performs these responsibilities for a specific content area or areas in which he/she has deep expertise.

The Offering Development Manager will have an emphasis on Operations. He/she will help develop our value targeted approach to analyze size and implement Supply Chain Transformation programs, and work with account teams to execute this approach. In addition, the manager will have experience in Product Innovation, Product Lifecycle Management, and conduct research and develop offerings within this domain.

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 Institutes

- 8 years of relevant experience

- 5+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project)

- 2+ years of proven and demonstrable leadership communication skills

Preferred Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Operations projects in one of the content areas (listed in the position description section); project experience either in consulting or industry

- 1+ years of experience developing/maintaining at least one Operations offering - OR - 1+ years of experience developing/maintaining at least one professional services offering within the consulting industry

Travel:

- Occasional travel may be required, but only for short durations and not on a consistent or continuous basis

- Candidate must be willing to work overtime on occasion, when required due to an upcoming deliverable deadline

- The majority of the work will occur during the course of normal business hours. Candidate must be willing and able to work outside of normal business hours on occasion, to take conference calls with members of the global Core Offering team located in different time zones.
