Ode Wellness - Senior Manager - Human Resource (4-8 yrs)
Senior Manager- HR ( Leadership Role) To lead all functions of HR ( Business, Recruitment, Onboarding) for new Retail Brand. The role reports directly to the Business Head ( from IIM Lucknow) and would involve recruitment for front end to, mid management & Leadership Roles.
The role also provides opportunity to reinvent the HR policies and create a world class working environment for the Retail Team.
We are a well funded ( backed by a large brand) start up venture coming with 2 brands one in Cosmetics /Personal Care/FMCG across Retail ( EBOS), eCommerce, SIS, Travel Retail and other in Wellness Teas with focus on India,South East Asia and later in USA.
The parent company currently has operations in India and Dubai.
The role would be a global role.
