Title: Supply Chain OD Manager

We are a leading FMCG company.
BASIC PURPOSE: The OD Manager plays a lead role in establishing and delivering effective people management processes for the Supply Chain functions of the organisation. A key focus for this role is be to define and execute the functional capability agenda for Supply Chain, and to partner the business on building a high quality talent pool with a healthy pipeline at managerial and executives level.
For the Managerial population in Supply Chain, this role needs to work closely with the VP, Supply Chain HR and the TOE team on Resourcing, L&D and OD etc.
For the executive pool, this role functions like the CoE (Centre of Excellence), conceptualising and designing HR processes and systems. To execute these seamlessly, the OD Manager must collaborate effectively with the Factory HR Managers, who are also a part of the Supply Chain HR team.
The OD Manager drives change initiatives that pans across Supply Chain function (e.g. Gallup Engagement, Lean Six Sigma) and works closely with Supply Chain leadership team for this.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Understand talent and capability needs and challenges of the Supply Chain function
- Performance Management, Leadership and Managerial Training, People Planning, Employee Engagement and Resourcing
- Enable effective execution of key HR processes and systems
- Working with the VP and Supply Chain leadership team on key projects for the Supply Chain function, including the Structuring initiatives and various other OD interventions.
Candidate Experience Profile
The ideal candidate would come with a full time PG professional qualification in HR from reputed institute (TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD) and 7-9 years of wide HR domain experience, in either consulting, or line HR, or a combination of both.
Experience of handling factory HR will be essential.
