Opening with leading Financial organisation looking for organisation Development specialist.
Reporting to: Head – Learning & Development
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. The job holder preferably should have at least 6 years experience in Organization Development with MBA HR full time. Psychology majors will be added advantage in masters degree.
2. Should have managed successfully Organisation Development (OD) Interventions in his/her current assignment (like Management Reviews, Performance Management Coaching, employee engagement surveys, and Individual development planning, etc.)
3. Change Management at Organsiation Level (like Leading and Managing Change, Leadership and Influence, Building Winning Partnerships)
4. Identification of OD Needs in the context of organizational culture
5. Conducting organisation diagnostics study
