Experience: 10+ yrs
- Participating in Strategic HR Planning & ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Leading organizational change initiatives, succession planning & co ordination of communication.
- Flex into employee coaching & counseling role
- Develop & execute diversity strategies.
- Min 10 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR program management experience (including budgeting, employee relations, staffing, performance management)
- People management, development, coaching, influencing and supportive management skills
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
