India Recruiting team covers all aspects of talent fulfillment - frontline, lateral, leadership and internal movements and, is spread across Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.  Role Overview :  Based out of Bangalore, the role involves adapting to fast changing workplace quickly. It is an end-to-end Recruiting Analytics role including continuous improvement to Taleo reports through automation and standardization,ability to use Taleo's capability to create graphs.   Responsibilities :  - Creating new reports and standardizing existing reports  - Automate existing reports in Taleo and generate suitable graphs  - Assess data flows and identify gaps in Taleo work flows and suggest solutions  - Support recruiting projects  - Support to create presentations and ad hoc reports for reviews  - Support to create process documents and projects  Key Result Areas :  - Data accuracy in reports, adhocs and presentations  - Deliverable timeliness  - Automation and standardization through Taleo  Qualification and Experience :  - Minimum three years of experience in Recruiting or Recruiting Technology,Taleo exposure preferred
