Key Highlights:

- The Incumbent would have exposure to applications like Fusion and MS Dynamics

- This is a global role engaging stakeholders (at all levels) across geographies like India, Philippines, and US

- Certifications: CEH (mandatory), ECSA, OSCP, etc

- ITIL certification is mandatory for this role.

- This position will report to the Senior Manager/Director, Security Operation and is expected to work independently on tasks assigned

- Manage a team and which supports applications like Oracle Fusion and Ms. Dynamics among

- Manage applications running on IIS, Apache, CFM

- Setup best practices for monitoring tools

- Ensure 99.999% uptime for applications

Qualification and Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in supporting applications

- Must have knowledge of ITIL best practices

- At least 5 years experience in managing teams

- Exposure to applications and Fusion and MS Dynamics or equivalent required

Skills and Abilities:

- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed

- Requires demonstrated proficiency in application support

- Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Requires Analytical & Problem Solving Skills

- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening and interpersonal skills

- Requires excellent organizational and time management skills

- Requires ability to learn new concepts

- Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude

- Leadership ability to build and manage a cross cultural, cross tower, cross business team for effective and efficient customer support.

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations

- ITIL Certification.
