Responsibilities:   - Operations Risk is defined as the risk of loss as a result of inadequate or failed operational processes, people or systems.   - The Manager of Operations Risk Management will be responsible for the design, deployment, execution, and refinement of an enterprise-wide Operations Risk Management (ORM) framework and set of methods to identify, measure, mitigate, and manage operational risk.   - The primary method and responsibility will be management of the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with key stakeholders to design, deploy, and execute ORM methods as Ocwen strengthens its Enterprise Risk Management.  - The Manager will ensure that operational risks are appropriately identified, measured, reported and managed in alignment with the organization's risk tolerances and in compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards. This will be accomplished by working collaboratively with other staff across Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and functional lines of responsibility as well as independent thought and challenge.  Key Result Areas:   - Manage the development, implementation and ongoing execution of the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) program to support achievement of 2nd Line of Defense responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework.  - Develop the necessary planning, training and communication materials for executing RCSAs and other risk assessments, as well as enhancing Ocwen-wide awareness of ORM.  - Prepare Operational Risk & Control reporting materials.  - Produce timely reports for executives, senior management, key stakeholders, and Risk Committees.  - Ensure that the risk issues (i.e. control gaps) identified through each RCSA are fed to Ocwen's Risk Convergence Process (RCP) to ensure action plan remediation.  - Manage ORM's testing and validation efforts for risk issues identified through an RCSA, once the remediation action plan has been reported as implemented through the RCP.  - Ensure effective communication between Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and other second and third line of defense enterprise organizations and first line businesses to effectively address risk and control issues.  - Determine/understand significant changes affecting the Business, internally and externally, and ensure appropriate actions to mitigate risk and modify/expand controls.  - Provide support for senior management as an operational risk subject matter expert (SME).  - Interact with regulators, subservicing customers, and other external parties on matters of ORM, in accordance with the protocols established for the enterprise.  Qualifications: (Requirements for the position)  - Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required, MBA preferred.  - Seven years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, control/process management, or audit roles, within the mortgage banking or financial services industries.  - Strong understanding of operational risk concepts and related control frameworks and practices.  - Experience running projects independently; strong multi-tasking.  - Proven ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.  - High level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency.  - Ability to operate in gray space and to adapt to work flow variations and change.  - Excellence in execution.
