The modern HR Model cannot exist without the role dedicated fully to internal clients as managers and employees   Role and Responsibilities:  - Build a strong business relationship with the internal client   - Design comprehensive HR solutions that sustain key business requirements and align with the organization’s long-term business objectives   - Build engaged, inspired workforce in the business by partnering with managers in the employee life cycle.   - Assess employee loyalty, retention and potential impact on business   - Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters   - To provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational human Resources issues   - Responsibility for dealing with any tribunal claims that arise   - Key part of the HR team and will work across the business disciplines to lead and influence change at a strategic level across the business   - Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit   - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks   - Acts as the member of the HR Management Team   - Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners   - Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.   - Able to travel, as appropriate   Qualification requirements;  - MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-I institute   - Candidates with additional certifications in Human Resources and Business Partner Administration from reputed institutes preferred   Minimum years of experience: 8- 10 years   Required Skills:  - Analytical and problem solving skills   - Labor law knowledge skills   - Strong time management and priorities management skills   - Possess strong employee relations experience and a full understanding of current employment legislation   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
