The Manager, Human Resources Shared Services Organization is responsible for the planning and management of the HR Shared Services team and its impact on the business.   - This role will be responsible for building the front facing HR Shared Service Center that will provide support to the employee base globally.  - This role will work with the HR Shared Services team located in India that is responsible for high volume, quality transaction services.  Job Responsibilities:  - Accountable for the consistent delivery of HR services globally across the shared service model.  - Oversees and executes the long-term operations strategy, methodology and management of the HR Shared Service Center.  - Accountable for the overall leadership of the HR Shared Service Center including all Data Administration (back-office), and Employee Inquiry (front-office) areas.  - Accountable for service standards metrics, ensuring all service standards are managed and monitored consistently, taking the appropriate action when these service standards are not met.  - Accountable for identifying and effecting continuous improvement and service delivery excellence opportunities throughout the operations functions by identifying and adopting best practices.  - Functions as the senior-most HR Shared Services leader on complex issues that need resolution or escalation.  - Oversees the document management process and drives the maintenance and improvement of document management processes.  - Directs SLA reporting and drives continuous improvement efforts.  - Oversees the interpretation of call centers metrics and drives process improvement initiatives in this area.  - Provides leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and, where appropriate, discipline to and through subordinate team members.  - Models and actively champions the importance of knowing, supporting, and adhering to organizational policies and procedures, including confidentiality.  Qualifications:  - Master's Degree and at least 8 years’ experience in the following Human Resources areas of concentration: HR Generalist, workforce planning, performance, employee services, data administration, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, HR services and call centers, HR data and systems.  - Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.  - Experience presenting and reporting on project plans and cost benefit analyses to appropriate stakeholders, executives and senior management.  - Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.  - Experienced candidates who have run HR Shared Services, created and run HR services India & globally - w.r.t. to payroll, benefits, and various other transaction processes
