Ocwen - Manager - Customer Operations Controls

This is Nilakshi from Ocwen Financial Solutions. We are the fourth largest Mortgage service provider in the US and the largest non-bank servicer.

We are currently hiring Manager, Customer Operations Controls - Bangalore

Work timings - Night

Responsibilities will include:

- Strategically assess business opportunities through data mining, statistical analysis and leveraging key business insights to deliver maximum operational efficiency

- Lead development of cross factional workflows using Agile methodology

- Champion the culture of analytical excellence by continuous delivery of value to the bottom line.

- Creating dashboards and scorecards as needed to fulfill management needs; ensure reporting identifies adverse trends and measures results against appropriate benchmarks

- Develop and maintain complex administrative database reports developed in cooperation with business units and reporting resources

- Analyze data to ensure correctness of reports created by Ocwen reporting resources

- Coordinate with concerned departments to obtain data/details required to respond effectively and within TAT to audit queries

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (ideally in a math, engineering or computer science focused discipline)

- MBA or Masters degree in an analytical discipline is preferred.

- 7+ years experience in reporting and analytics, industry experience preferred.

- The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage cross functional teams, excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Advanced experience writing SQL procedures

- Advanced in MS Excel and MS Access

- Strong Visual Basic knowledge

- Strong communication skills (including ability to probe deeply into business issues during exploratory and fact finding calls/discussions)

- Strong analytical abilities to quickly understand business issues and add to the development of corresponding solutions

- Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to monitor multiple simultaneous project efforts
