The position reports to the Senior Manager, Training and will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of courses by internal staff or contract trainers. The ideal candidate will have experience in training business processes, systems, best practices, client service. Must use sound instructional design principles to structure learning modules, compile core content from subject matter experts, produce final copy of content and ensure everyone’s review and approval of the module. Evaluate, select and use a variety of techniques for determining instructional content and strategies.  Responsibilities:  - Oversight on the Learning Management System administration   - Oversight on the quality of training material  - Must be able to create interactive computer based training, develop courses including writing learning objectives, assignments, assessments, study guides, online instructions, instructor guides, syllabi, and training presentations that conform to prescribed style and format  - In depth knowledge of instructional design techniques  - Prior experience developing comprehensive training plans supporting key business initiatives  Key Result Areas:  - Standardize and maintain quality of New Hire Training material  - Create a library of computer based training on various topics related to Loan Servicing  - Implement Leadership & Management curriculum  Qualifications:  - Graduate (MBA's preferred)  - 5 years of Domain experience with at least 2 years as a Training Manager  - Knowledge and ability to create high quality courses on Articulate  - The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills, including the ability to write concise, creative, and effective instruction for Loan Servicing related training.   So if anybody interested can revert back
