We are currently hiring for multiple positions for HR Shared Services. This would be for either of the locations i.e. Mumbai/ Bangalore. Below is the specs:

HR Operations:

- 8-10 years of post qualification experience managing core HR areas of entire employee lifecycle management viz. Documents management, employee ID creation, Background verification, Confirmation letters, F&F & relieving letters etc.

- Comfortable to work in stretched shifts up to 1am

- Previous exposure to having worked in large organizations in the HR Operations set up.

- Completed full time MBA in HR

HR Helpdesk:

- Completed full time MBA in HR

- Comfortable to work in stretched shifts including shifts ending by 1am

- Previous exposure of managing HR helpdesk - including phone and email support for existing staff

- This candidate will be responsible for setting up the team and laying the framework including hiring the team

HR Reporting & Analytics:

- Completed full time MBA in HR

- Comfortable to work in stretched shifts including shifts ending by 1am

- Responsible to create complex reports, dashboards to provide information to the Sr. Management

- Automate reports wherever possible
