Ocwen - HR Operations Manager

Desired Profile:

- 8-10 years of post qualification experience managing core HR areas of entire employee lifecycle management viz. document management, employee ID creation, Background verification, Confirmation letters, F&F & relieving letters etc.

- Comfortable to work in stretched shifts up to mid night

- Previous exposure to having worked in large organizations in the HR Operations set up.

- Should have completed full time MBA in HR
