The position offers advancement opportunities and a competitive salary plus incentives for the above-average performer.”  - This position reports to the SVP, Operations and will be responsible for ensuring standards for productivity and quality assurance are met by the team of Research processors / approvers, SME’s, Team Leads, Mangers and Assistant Managers.  Responsibilities:  - Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.   - Effectively monitor / manage intake volume and ensure department / investor / compliance SLA’s requirements are met.  - Manage staffing plans, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and projects as required  - People management i.e. appraisal, training and mentoring talent to grow within organization & control attrition  - Ensures employees growth & development, set priority, drive motivation and engagement for employees  - Demonstrate ability to build, develop, direct, and manage a large group of people  - Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios  - Serve as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolutions of a supervisory nature or complex problems  - Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments  - Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel)  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy  - Conduct site visits and conduct random audits for adherence of policy and procedures  - Meet with Investors and Regulators to effectively articulate processes and procedures.   - Meet with Operation Excellence team to establish and monitor BOP objectives.   Key Result Areas:  - Manage the day to day performance of the site(s) with minimum down time.   - Provide reporting on various intake channels (RSHS, fax, web, email and ensure exception report items are monitored / addressed timely.   - Achieve Productivity and Variability metrics based on targets approved by the Senior Management  - Maintain Quality Yield for the reporting team meets the quality of =>95%  - Identify opportunities for automation and submit change controls for process improvement.   - Be knowledgeable of regulatory agencies as well as GSE and investor requirements.   - Maintain adequate productivity controls and conduct process mapping for each workflow task   - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance  - Prepare monthly business reviews for Senior Management  - Should manage the yearly appraisals for the direct reports and the staff reporting at the location  - Forecast the staffing requirements to handle volumes to meet the SLAs  - Oversee Research Hotline process and ensure department ASA and abandonment levels are maintained.   - Actively pursue resolution on help desk error tickets  - Oversee resolution of short payoff situations and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting   - Process Attrition level <25%  - Submit process improvement and Change requests through Change Control board.   - Provide root cause analysis and articulate improvement opportunities with Senior Management.   Qualifications:  - Bachelor's Degree Required.  - Should have managed at least 350 FTE  - 1-2 years in Senior Manager type role.  - Track record of excellent performance in process management/ transition, or similar areas.  - Customer centric.  - Good Communications skills (oral and written).  - Should be good with people management and ability to accomplish the job assigned  - Should be a fast learner and open to working in a dynamic work environment.  - Should be able to analyze basic data/reports and provide synopsis/summary of performance.  - Should be confident, independent thinker, willing to take initiative and has a sense of urgency.  - Should be able to adjust to change and come up with practical ideas for dealing with changing conditions.
