Over the past few years, Ocwen has enjoyed significant growth in its loan servicing portfolio and market capitalization, largely as a result of successfully integrating servicing platforms acquired from large financial institutions.  - The incumbent will be an integral part of Ocwen's management team and will work with the Technology Department, Six Sigma Team, the Consumer Psychology department, and Business Unit leaders to develop and implement process improvements that eliminate unstructured thinking and improve collections.   - This position will report to Vice President.  Responsibilities / Key Result Areas Include:  - Lead from a business perspective the development, the deployment and effective use of the integrated dialer and scripting engine that utilizes artificial intelligence and declining models to drive best-in-class results   - Identify collections best practices for calling campaigns, predictive dialers, staffing models and Best Time to Call software   - Identify improvement opportunities for all systems and processes responsible for improving right party contacts and collections   - Enhance calling campaign strategies   - Enhance the effectiveness of the predictive dialer  - Enhance Staffing models to improve efficiency and maximize collections   - Develop and implement control reports to measure continuous improvement in collection results   - Maintain ASA goals - as defined per annual scorecard   - Maximize results for the portfolio   - Improve no contact rates - as defined per annual scorecard   - Prepare and present monthly operational review reports to senior management   - Implement improved scripting through use of Consumer Psychology resources   - Use expertise in survey design, analysis and research to better collect and measure feed back from employees and customers  - Develop and implement improved training programs to enhance Collector Effectiveness through use of Training Department resources   - Reduce rollover rates   - Reduce collector performance variability  - Improve right party contact rates   - Increase dollars collected per collector / reduce delinquency rates  Qualifications:  - At least ten to twelve years experience in Loss Mitigation, Collections and Mortgage Originations is preferred.   - A solid track record of success leading large teams with diverse backgrounds with an emphasis on skills development is required.   - The candidate needs to have a strong background in modern collections tools, processes and strategies to assist with maximizing results.
