The Director will have a detailed understanding of Information Technology engineering and Architecture functions and ability to implement and develop strategies needed to support an internationally growing organization.   Key Highlights:  - The Infrastructure Architecture Director position requires a visionary leader with strong skills in business management and a working knowledge of information technologies and strong understanding of Infrastructure Architecture and Engineering principles, Service delivery and strategy focused.  - The incumbent serves as the process owner of all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customers, business partners, employees and business information, in compliance with the organization's information security policies.  - A key element of the Infrastructure Architecture Director's role is working with all of infrastructure to determine acceptable metrics and knowledge for aiding in support of increased efficiencies.  - This role is highly knowledgeable about the business and Technology Environments and must ensure that all users of infrastructure components understand the risk and impact associated with changes in the environment.   Responsibilities will include:  - As the Infrastructure Architecture Director, you will work with the Enterprise Technology technical towers to understand our environment and to ensure compliance with Ocwen security and technical standards and processes.   - Must have a strong background in information technology service Management, Change, Incident, Problem management Customer service and End user services, with a clear understanding of the challenges of supporting a 24 by 7 operations focused environment.   - They require excellent Directional and strategic thinking skills to ensure there is a focused direction on problem resolution end to end.   - To build understanding and awareness of Change and Incident issues throughout the organization, they must have excellent communication and presentation skills.   - They also need good team working skills to develop operational support solutions in collaboration with other information technology professionals.  Qualifications:  - Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a combination of Architectural, Engineering and Infrastructure operations - at least five years must be in a senior leadership role.  - Financial and/or Mortgage industry expertise preferred.  - Strong communication skills (including ability to probe deeply into business issues during exploratory and fact finding calls/discussions).  - Develops, implements and monitors a strategic, comprehensive Enterprise architectural program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of End User services.  - Develops, maintains and publishes up-to-date policies, standards and guidelines, and oversee training and dissemination of Service Management policies and practices  - Develops and manages Infrastructure budgets, and monitor them for variances.  - Develops and enhances an Architecture control committee.  - Provides strategic guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls, KPI's and KRI- s  - Liaison among the Service Management and technology teams and corporate compliance, Oversight, audit, legal and HR management teams as required.  - Develops Architecture strategy and roadmaps considering cost, technology, data risk and the company's reputation.  - Facilitates a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the Architectural organization.  - Manages the enterprise's Architectural organization, consisting of direct reports and indirect reports
