Helping Homeowners is What We Do!  Consider an opportunity to join our global team and put - Caring in Action- while growing your career.  Key Highlights:   - Business Analyst combines expertize of business, data and requirements analysis needed to identify requirements and use cases for advance analytics., data mining and statistical modeling  - The role will interact with Business Partners in India and USA  - Technical skills and knowledge required will SQL queries, BI tools like Microstrategy, tableau, Oracle Big Data SQL and Oracle Big Data Discovery  - This position will report to the Manager and is expected to work independently on tasks assigned  - As a team we intend to bring Data into the Data Lake as part of our multiple release cycles focusing on a set of prioritized use cases that delivers business value and provides ROI sooner  Responsibilities :  - As a part of Data Lake the incumbent will serve as a centralized data repository to store and manage all servicing and lending transactional systems with all enterprise data including all near real time transactions, prior servicer data, history and least frequently managed data  - Will enable Ocwen to search, discover, profile and link any data to deliver deep insights, improved statistical models and serve our compliance requirements more effectively with lower data storage, processing and overall data management cost  Qualification and Experience:  - Should be a graduate with relevant experience in MIS in Statistics or similar   - At least 2+ years working as business analysts preferably in the finance industry  - At least 2-3 years of experience working as business analyst   - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Eg.
