This position reports to Senior Manager, Corporate Recruiting.  Head Count Reporting:  - Collating data from System /all stakeholders and maintaining a centralised report and publishing the HC & EMC reports to the stake holders within prescribed timeline   - Understanding the stake holders and making the changes and maintaining the records as per the records in system  Manpower Planning & Recruitment Dashboard:  - Preparation of Manpower requirement for the FY by interfacing with Finance & Other BU’s   - Preparation of Staff Cost budget. Maintaining the records & publishing the MIS on the budget requirements Vs actual movement MOM/QOQ/YOY to various stake holders like BU HR’s, Head TAQ and Management   - Maintaining the Tracker on TAQ related aspects like Opening HC, Open positions (New Vs Replacement),Hiring Tracker (Status on Open, Closed & To be closed positions), BU wise, region wise and band wise data on offers and joiners, arriving the closing HC   - Provide complete dashboard on TAQ to various stake holders like TAQ team, BU HR’s, Business & Management   - Maintaining & Providing the reports on TAQ productivity which includes TAT, Cost per hire, sources of Hiring, etc at TAQ & Business HR levels to management   Attrition Analysis, HR dashboard, Productivity matrix , any other Adhoc requirement management:  - Preparation & Publishing of attrition analysis in various cuts which suits Management (High Level), Business HR of their respective function (Detailed), and over view of attrition deep dive to give a clear visibility for Chief HR   - Preparation of error free HR performance dashboard on a periodical basis & Publish, coordinate for the review sections with the Chief HR & the Core Team. Change the parameters on the dashboard as and when there is a change required and improve the quality outcome   - Design & implement the productivity matrix for the business roles. Prepare the periodical productivity matrix and publish to the stake holders like Business HR, Business & Management for giving a visibility on the productivity as against the staff cost incurred   - Design, prepare & Publish any time to time Adhoc requirements if any   Maintaining Cost Tracker :  - Keeping a track on Payroll cost, Sign on Bonus, Notice pay reimbursement, Pre employment medical check, vendor charges, relocation expense, referral bonus and travel cost and publish the MIS reports on a periodical basis   Customer service :  - Error free & timely deliverables   - Consistent improvement in Customer service   - Understanding business requirement and being responsive to the same without compromising on Controls & Quality
