Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for addressing the present while building the future.  Role And Responsibilities :  - Spearhead all HR responsibilities translating the vision of the Executive Management team into the HR strategy. Align the strategy to business objectives while mitigating risk.   - Create and institutionalize the Learning & Development roadmap, calendar and platform; assist in the facilitation of, or personally deliver targeted training programs  - Assimilate the organizational culture. Be the ambassador of the organizational culture as much as epitomize it. Articulate the culture and values with consistency, embedding it through varied modes of communication across all levels of employees.  - Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and introduce best hiring practices to attract and retain high potential talent for an organization in a rapid growth phase  - Participate in the forerunner team, presenting the vision and mission to candidates, employees, and other stakeholders in the organization   - Strong commercial acumen and ability to get good value for money for HR spend  - Design and participate in new hire on-boarding and induction activities for associates to facilitate integration of employees into the Organization's culture   - Establish the Performance Management process and then be responsible for the administration, simultaneously protecting the essence of the Philosophy  - Manage implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Training for enhancement of the Customer Experience in tandem with the CRM team.  - Measure the success of all HR programs, processes, training and interventions. Provide updates on grounded and substantial progress to the executive management team through a dashboard depiction of a tangible RoI  - Ensure compliance with Organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements   Job Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree in science, statistics, human resources, business, or related field and a minimum of 10- 12 years progressive HR generalist experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.   - Business acumen / Organizational awareness; excellent Organizational and analytical skills and demonstrated attention to detail. Customer focused orientation / consultative skills   - Ability to influence and lead; well-developed team building and influencing skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address futuristic strategy with impeccable execution skills   - Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to present the talent proposition to founders/shareholders, as much as employees and customers  - Ability to prioritize workflow and requests to deliver high quality, value-added and timely advisory services to employees and management  - Possess knowledge of local, state and central regulations/laws/statutes impacting employees in the work environment including, but not limited to hiring practices, labor relations, and termination scenarios   - The ability to deliver results and navigate effectively in changing environment; act as effective change agent in the execution of change management initiatives to support Organizational change  - Experience in healthcare service delivery or hospitality sector will be a big plus  - Should be driven by the excitement of being part of the next story in the making.
