JOB REQUIREMENTS :

EDUCATION :

BE / BTech / MBA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE :

- 10 to 18 years of total IT experience & at least 6+ years- experience in managing / architecting software solutions on MS technologies.

- Should have played the lead role of Technical architect / delivery

- In-depth Technology competency and ability to provide solutions for RFP, RFI and make proposals

COMPETENCY / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

- Ability to understand customer business priorities, IT vision and plans

- Good solutioning capability

- Lateral thinker, Strong sense of ownership, Tenacious problem solver, sense of timeliness and client focus

- Ability to work independently, self-starter, team player with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent decision-making ability

- Ability to influence cross-functional groups.

- Takes Accountability and result oriented.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to travel.

- Proven ability to multi task and perform well under pressure.
