NuvoLogis - VP - Technology - IIT/NIT/BITS

NuvoLogis is a Gurgaon based Retail & E-Commerce focussed technology startup, led by an IIM Ahmedabad alumni. The company has already raised an angel round of funding and currently has two Co-Founders, managing a team of about 50+ people. The company is looking forward to hire a VP - Technology who will spearhead the next platform development for the company.

The right candidate will have an opportunity to earn ample equity/ESOP. The candidate should have a passion to build cutting edge technology products which have the potential to change an entire industry.

Requirements:

- Academic Qualification - Computer Science Engineering or similar from IIT / NIT / BITS or similar premier institutes

- Responsible for entire product development & project management activities of the company.

- Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to deliver the final product.

- Passionate about Object Oriented Coding and Design.

- Keen to work both collaboratively in a team with intelligent people, sharing your ideas to solve real business problems.

- Interested in being part of building a multi-million dollar business.

- Interested in or have had experience of Agile Methodologies.
