Roles & Responsibilities:

- Tracking and daily communication with drivers for route updating.

- Segregation of shipment into the right place.

- Controlling breach in assign floor.

- Coordination with transporters for daily fleet.

- To Manage stock control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring.

- Controlling stock damages

- Manage the training and development of new recruiters.

Desired Profiles:-

Structural thinking and problem solving skills

Assertiveness and persistence with a strong will to getting work done

Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills

Patience, empathy and ability to understand the issue from someone else's perspective

Team management skills

Candidate should posses 8-10 Years experience in Administration role.

Salary Range: 15 - 20 LPA
