Role :

The Operations manager role is a high intensity, high responsibility and hands on role. The role requires an individual to be highly involved in the day to day operations and be able to track and follow up on service levels. The role would require you to travel to the different hub locations on a frequent basis and multiple stakeholder management.

Travel : 30-40 %

The role involves the following key responsibilities :

- SLA monitoring of the different hubs operations.

- Doing the Gap Analysis for the improvement in the SLA's.

- Regular tracking of MIS data and reporting.

- Works towards minimization of the cost per packet in the hub.

- Doing the strong follow ups for the procurement of the hub materials.

- Successfully implementation of the processes in hub.

- Tracking and managing on ground operations.

- Resolving on ground situations and conflicts.

- Imparting the training to the employees.

- Doing the follow up for the procurement of hub materials.

The key deliverable in these areas are :

- Should be having an analytical mind set

- Cost consciousness and minimizing cost per packet of the hub

- Managing and minimizing process and system deviations

- Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction

Note :- Candidates required from the Tier-1 & Tier-2 institutes only and should have experience into logistics domain.
