The organisation envisions to help people in even the remotest of locations have access to a better quality of life, by bringing the world to their doorsteps, through a reliable, low cost, tech driven logistics platform.

Role:

- Build a reliable delivery network & manage client relationships

- Manage and streamline last mile delivery operations of clients

- Lead a team of 5-10 business development executives

- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals

- Collaborate with central and technology team to drive operations and new requirements

- Lead generation by exploring potential SMEs / shops / individuals / couriers that meet our criteria to partner with us in and around city

- Convert the potential leads into business facilitator and execute MOU and SLA with them along with end to end handling of complete onboarding documentation process

- Train the partner kiosks to follow best practices for customer service and be responsible for their performance

- Be voice of partner kiosks and drive initiatives to increase their NPS (net promotor score)

- Arrange for audits to check the quality standards of the service

- Arrange for all the training requirements of the partners as and when the need be

- Prepare weekly reports for management

- Candidates from Tier I & II will be preferred.
