Job Title : Operations Head  Job Location : Delhi  Responsibilities :  Zonal Head - Operations and Academics  Industry : Education Services  Role Description : The Zonal Head will be responsible for P&L of the region by leading all Operations, Sales and recruitment.  Key responsibilities :  Day-to-day operations and management for all coaching centres :  - Manage a team consisting of center head and faculties, Marketing Managers (who carry out sales/marketing for coaching).  - Administrative / Operational: ensuring smooth operations of the coaching and resolving any issues that arise from time to time  Desired Candidate Profile :  - MBA in sales and marketing from reputed institute + minimum 4-6 years of work experience  - Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience of handling an P&L account  - Prior experience in education sector is must.  Salary Range: 15 - 20 LPA
